Shipping
We ship across India from our base in Kochi, Kerala.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. We don't dispatch on Sundays or public holidays.
Delivery time
- Kerala: 2–4 business days
- Rest of India: 4–7 business days
Remote pin codes can occasionally take a little longer.
Shipping charges
- Free standard shipping on all orders of ₹600 and above
- ₹60 flat rate on orders below ₹600
Tracking your order
You'll get a confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Tracking usually goes live within 24 hours of dispatch. If it hasn't updated after that, message us and we'll chase it for you.
If something goes wrong
If your order is delayed, goes missing, or arrives damaged, contact us and we'll sort it out. You don't need to deal with the courier yourself — that's our job, not yours. Email support@wumika.com or WhatsApp +91 73061 40086 and we'll either replace your order or refund you in full.

We currently ship within India only. We're not able to deliver internationally yet.
