Common questions

  • Where's my order? You'll get a tracking number by email when we dispatch, usually within 1–2 business days. If tracking hasn't updated 24 hours after that, message us and we'll chase it.
  • My order arrived damaged or wrong. Send us a photo within 7 days and we'll replace it or refund you in full — usually without needing it back. No charges to you.
  • Can I return something I've changed my mind about? Not yet, and we'd rather say so plainly. Return pickups cost more than most of our pieces. Message us before ordering and we'll help you choose right. See our full returns and refunds policy.
  • What if a ring doesn't fit? Message us within 7 days. If we have your size, post the original back to us and we'll ship the replacement free. Many of our rings and bracelets are adjustable, so ask us first — you may not need to.
  • Will it tarnish or turn my skin green? Most of our range is gold-plated stainless steel with an anti-tarnish finish, which holds its colour much better with everyday wear than plated brass. A few pieces are gold-plated brass, and each product page says which metal it is. No plating lasts forever, so keep pieces away from perfume and water and store them dry. If you have a known metal allergy, message us before you order.
  • Do you restock sold-out pieces? Often, yes. Message us with the piece you're after and we'll tell you honestly whether it's coming back.
