Track Your Order
You can check the status of your order in either of two ways, depending on whether you have a Wumika account.
Fastest way: your order confirmation email
When your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for the courier directly. This is usually the quickest way to see exactly where your package is. Check your inbox (and spam folder) for an email from us titled something like "Your order is on its way."
If you have a Wumika account
Log in to see the full status and history of every order you've placed with us — processing, shipped, delivered, and tracking details all in one place.
If you checked out as a guest
No problem — you don't need an account to track your order. Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or message us directly and we'll look it up for you right away.
Typical delivery timelines
Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, delivery across India usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
Still can't find your order?
Message us with your order number (or the email/phone number used at checkout) and we'll check it for you personally — a real person replies, usually within a day.
